  • Ginger Carrot Soup
  • Light Garden Salad (mixed greens, shredded carrots, cucumbers, celery and tomato)
  • Chicken Satay with Braised Asian Vegetables
  • Brown Rice and Quinoa with Caramelized Onions and Roasted Garlic
  • Medley of Bite-sized Dessert Treats
  • Coffee/Tea/Water 

$17. per person including tax and tip


You no longer need to make any menu selections when you register as the meal is served as a buffet.


Make reservations by Thursday, June 6, 2024 at noon.

Once you reach this number you will be asked for your name so that Google can connect your call.  The number will then ring again.  Please wait on the line until it picks up and then do the following: listen to the recorded message and then state your name, phone number, and any dietary restrictions that you may have such as food allergies.  You may also include any other information that you wish to provide as well.  If there is any difficulty on our end in transcribing your information, you will receive a call back.  If you need to cancel a registration call, please call the number again and leave a message with your name and that you wish to cancel.

Reservations are absolutely necessary.  CVCR is charged for every reserved meal. Therefore, if you make a reservation, payment is absolutely necessary whether you attend or not.  


In the event of inclement weather, we will cancel the luncheon if the main campus in Plattsburgh of Champlain Valley Educational Services (CVES or “BOCES”) closes for that day.  This would mean that the larger school districts in our area have deemed the roads unsafe for morning travel.  You can tune in to local media to find this information.  We will also contact registered participants by 6:00 am with this information.  If you don’t hear from us on such a day, the luncheon is still scheduled to be held.   



 

Directions:  

From the traffic circle on Route 9 (US Avenue)-turn onto New York Road which was on the ‘new base’, go past Seton Catholic School until you come to Idaho Ave.  Turn left onto Idaho Ave.  Dormitory Drive will be on your left.  Drive in and park in the parking lot where you will see MHAB Fresh on the right. Enter the building through the doors on the right.


From Exit 36 on I-87 take Route 22 North.  On 22, go north past the entry to the Plattsburgh International Airport and (about 2.3 miles from I-87 and just after RR crossing) then turn right onto Arizona Avenue. Continue south on  Arizona (be careful of RR crossing without signals)  until you come to New York road (about .6 mi.) on your left.  Turn left and shortly you will see Idaho Ave. and turn right.  Dormitory Drive will be on your left.  Drive in and park in the parking lot where you will see MHAB Fresh on the right. Enter the building through the doors on the right.
