10:15 Cornell Cooperative Extension of Clinton County Senior On-line Fitness Mary P Breyette
Mary Breyette will be joining us to discuss some of the on-line options for Senior Fitness through Cornell Cooperative Extension of Clinton County. During the session we will walk through some of the components and evaluation you will do. The programs focus on Range of Motion: balance, bone building, flexibility, and upper and lower body strength. Mary will give us a brief experience of programs offered from the comfort of our conference seats.
11:00 Ron Gross, NYSUT 2nd Vice President Ron will share initiatives from NYSUT for retirees and the membership in general. This will include programming along with legislative updates. Ron uses this time to not only share how your Union, NYSUT, focuses on retirees but will be asking about issues that as retirees, are important to us.
